Welcome to Mybolife!
My name is Sam. I live near Brighton in East Sussex and I founded Mybolife in 2019 with three simple objectives in mind:
- To be Authentic in everything we do
- To Deliver the highest quality products for the most affordable price
- To provide exceptional Customer Service
How it began
What started off as a small project selling silk scrunchies has grown over the years to become my passion. We found that we loved the whole process of making or identifying great products, presenting them beautifully and providing great value for money really rewarding.
So we started expanding beyond silk scrunchies into other products we thought our customers would love. Now, deep down we know we are never going to become the next UK high street megastore chain but that doesn't mean we can't treat you, our valued customer, as if we were!
Times have been tough in the UK and it is our mission to keep providing great choice, value and service to all of our UK customers.

We listen and learn every day to make our site better for you. We are large enough now to be able offer a wider variety of wonderful products but we are small enough that we treat you, our customer as the highly valued individual you are. We never forget this is about making you delighted with your experience of shopping with us.
We take care with our pictures and descriptions to make sure you have all the information needed to make a good buying decision. We keep our promises and usually ship every order within 1 business day.
We have always offered a comprehensive 30 day hassle free return policy.
It isn't easy when you first start anything like this but our ethos is one of continual improvement. We listen to feedback without being defensive and every day we ask "how can we make this better for our customers?"

Sustainability
We care about our environment and we will always try to do our best to be sustainable.
If we work with external suppliers we ensure they demonstrate ethical working conditions to their employees and we implement quality control to ensure satisfaction.
We try to be sustainable in everything we use like using recycled packaging and reducing single use plastic use wherever possible.
We are proud to say that almost all our presentation materials, for example, are made from 100% recycled materials.
